UPDATED FSC FISHERY NOTICE

Further to our previous notice, an updated licence has been issued for all Nlaka’pamux communities.

Thompson River

July 27 at 6 p.m. to July 30 at 6 p.m.

Retain:

• Chinook Salmon

• Sockeye Salmon

Permitted gear:

• Rod and Reel

• Dip Net

• Gillnet

Fraser/Thompson confluence to the Bonaparte River

Fraser River

July 27 at 6 p.m. to July 30 at 6 p.m.

Retain:

• Chinook Salmon only

Permitted gear:

• Rod and Reel

• Dip Net

❌ Gillnets are not permitted.

Sawmill Creek to Williams Creek and Petch Creek to Texas Creek

❌ Do not retain:

• Sockeye

• Coho

• Steelhead

• Sturgeon

All Sockeye caught in the Fraser River must be released immediately.

Members are encouraged to share catch information to support fishery monitoring.
