​Escape to the beauty and tranquility of Pimainus Lake. Whether you're planning a family getaway, fishing trip, or quiet retreat in nature, Pimainus Lake Cabin Resort offers a unique wilderness experience in the heart of Cook's Ferry Indian Band territory.
Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to cabin availability.
How to Book​​
To request a reservation, complete the Pimainus Lake Cabin Resort Rental Agreement Form and submit your preferred dates and cabin selection.
Once your request is received, availability will be confirmed and additional booking information will be provided.
​Information Required for Reservations

The Rental Agreement Form requires the following information:

Name of renter

Names of additional guests
-
Emergency contact information
-
Dates of stay (maximum 14 consecutive days)

Cabin number requested
Check-In Requirements​
Prior to check-in, guests must:

Complete all required reservation forms
-
Sign the Liability Release, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risks Form

Provide valid government-issued identification
-
Submit full payment for the reservation
-
Provide a valid credit card, debit card or Debit Visa
-
Provide a $200 security deposit
The security deposit will be released following a successful post-check-out inspection of the cabin, contents and equipment.
Security Deposit
A $200 security deposit is required for all reservations.
The deposit may be retained if there is:

Damage to cabins or facilities
-
Missing equipment or furnishings
-
Excessive cleaning requirements
-
Vandalism or misuse of property
-
Violation of resort policies
Before You Arrive
Pimainus Lake Cabin Resort is located in a remote area with limited services and cell coverage. Guests should plan ahead and bring all personal supplies required for their stay.

We encourage guests to download directions and maps before travelling.
Resort Policies
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:

Follow all BC fire restrictions and campfire prohibitions.

Respect the land, wildlife and facilities.

Leave cabins clean and tidy upon departure.

Follow all posted safety information.

Do not tamper with the resort water system or operational infrastructure.
Important Propane Safety Notice
Propane cooktop grills provided at the resort are for outdoor use only.

The use of propane grills inside any cabin is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the property, forfeiture of accommodation fees, and loss of security deposit.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund policies will be provided at the time of booking confirmation.
